We recently had an unfortunate break in at a property my business styled for sale. Our previous experience with insurance brokers had been terrible and took 6 months to get a simple claim approved for us. This was not the case with CoverTradie. The claim was approved in a day, the process was extremely simple and efficient and the customer service was exemplary. Contacted Amit at CoverTradie for my motor vehicle insurance renewal. Though premium quoted by Amit was more than what I already had but Amit gave some good advice even when I told him that I will not go with his quote. Very professional to deal with and was honest throughout the conversation.

I filled in a request for public liability insurance quote on Covertradie website through a Google search within about 1 hour on a Sunday I had an email back with the quote attached and a covering letter explaining the quote and if I needed to Clarify or add anything to either email or phone anytime, so I phoned asked my questions, got things added to the policy and the following day accepted the quote and paid.
